As an Executive Manager & Builder, Scott has more than thirty-three years of construction industry experience to the job. Current responsibilities include overall company development and oversight, project management, client relations, financial management, contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, human resources, equipment management, resource management, safety management, and administration. Scott is energetic, positive, team building, and hard working. Scott has a sound work ethic and prides himself in being a problem solver. His approach to construction is to be practical, innovative, task driven, and goal oriented. He strives to maintain a high level of communication with contractors, subcontractors, developers, designers, clients, and staff, thus creating an effective work environment for all. 

PAST PROJECTS

Security National Office Bldg. & Parking Structure – Murray, UT

Six-story, 219,812-square-foot office building and multi-level parking structure. Completed 5th and 6th level concrete over metal deck, fire proofing of entire structure, completion of three elevators, roofing,
exterior EIFS, block, stone, and began a substantial portion of exterior curtain wall systems. Erected tower crane at new parking structure and began structural concrete foundations. Improvement of 15+
acres of new roadways and underground site utilities.

Anita Behavioral Health Campus – Orange, CA

This is a ground up construction project that consists of a 3-story, 60,000 square foot concrete tilt-up building that houses behavioral health services that support a continuum of care and provide social and metal support for the County of Orange. This building is a Type II-A, fully sprinklered, with lightweight concrete over structural steel decks. The behavioral health facility supports Crisis Stabilization for
Adolescents and Adults, Sobering Station, Social Referral programs, and approximately fifty-seven residential beds which support recovery programs and have an average length of stay of 12-60 days.

Medtronic R&D Lab and Offices – Irvine, CA

A 3-story, 102,000 square foot tenant improvement of existing building into a new medical research and development laboratory, dry medical device, support labs, and receiving/inventory, coffee bar, employee
kitchens, and general offices. Lab services included compressed air, argon cylinder distribution, and inert gases piped from enclosed mechanical room.

Lakeshore Towers Parking Structure, Retail Spaces, Site Improvements – Irvine, CA

This project is a 7-story open parking garage expansion of approximately 989 parking spaces, post- tensioned concrete decks, including 13,185 square feet of retail shell building and 3,441 square feet of canopy, common site area hardscape, and landscape improvements.

Hoag Irvine Medical Center Shady Creek – Irvine, CA

The design-build project consists of three, 50,000 square foot, two-story concrete tilt-ups and a 7,200 square foot retail building, as well as related site work. The three medical office buildings will contain
imaging, an ambulatory surgery center and cancer center. The retail building offers patients and guests a café and urgent care center. California Department of Health Care Access and Information (HCAI).

Hoag Health Center Tenant Improvement Package A – Irvine, CA

This TI project involves the remodeling of 3 floors in the previously constructed shell B (1st floor) and C (1st and 2nd floor) of the Hoag Health Center into OSHPD-3 space. The remodel of the Building B is done to accommodate primarily Imaging, while Building C’s remodel is created for the accommodation of Radiation Oncology, Chemotherapy, and Infusion Services.

Hoag Health Center Urgent Care – Irvine, CA

Tenant improvement, within an existing shell, for a brand-new urgent care facility. This 4,138 square foot facility houses an x-ray room, exam rooms, nurse’s stations, and reception. California Office of Statewide
Health Planning and Development, OSHPD-3 project.

Hotel Irvine Renovation – Irvine, CA

Remodel and upgrading of hotel’s ground floor public spaces, lobby, pre-function areas, meeting rooms, ballrooms, lounges, restaurant, and bar areas, as well as significant site work upgrades, and improvements including new utility services, flat-work, landscaping and a large  California Title 24 compliant outdoor tent with all lighting, HVAC, and fire protection systems.

University of California, Riverside, Glen Mor 1 Student Housing – Riverside, CA

Glen Mor 1 was developed on twelve acres and included multiple structures totaling 220,000 square feet, 130 apartment units, 512 beds, computer lab, multiple student lounges, laundry facility, convenience store, café, and three recreation fields to support the University’s intramural sports program. The buildings were designed to achieve LEED Silver certification and have received several awards including Honor Award, Design Green Awards, The Architectural Foundation of Los Angeles; Merit Award, Best Apartment Project, Four or More Stories, Gold Nugget Awards Program; and Award of Merit, Higher Education Category, Southern California Region, California Construction Magazine.

San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital, Emergency Department / ICU Two-Story Addition – Banning,

CA

New two-story, 28-bed Emergency Department on the ground floor and a 16-bed Intensive Care Unit on the second floor totaling 38,500 square feet. The Emergency Department consisted of a seventeen exam rooms, four observation rooms, two major treatment rooms, CT scan and radiology x-ray rooms, five fast-track observation rooms, decontamination shower, public waiting area, doctors/staff lounges, offices, locker, and shower rooms. Patient drop-off and pick-up areas,

driveway extension and connection a new access drive and parking lot. ICU consisted of sixteen single patient rooms, inclusive of three negative pressure isolation rooms, nurse stations, visitor waiting area, doctor/staff lounges, offices, locker, and shower rooms. San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital, Helipad / Campus Drive – Banning, CA

Elevated helicopter landing pad with spiral sidewalk, special aviation, and walkway lighting and appurtenances. Installed new 1,200 lineal foot by twenty-eight-foot-wide roadway tied into the main City Blvd., including tie-in of new underground site utilities consisting of electrical, domestic water main, fire water main, storm drain and landscape irrigation mains. San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital, Oxygen Tank Farm Relocation – Banning, CA

Removed and replaced existing oxygen tank farm with new 3,000-gallon oxygen supply tank and 750-gallon reserve tank. Constructed new sixteen-foot-tall CMU wall enclosure to house three new cooling towers and oxygen tank farm and new temporary loading dock with mechanical lift and receiving modular receiving building. Relocation of existing electrical, sewer, water and medical gas mains to facility. California Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development, OSHPD-1 project. HL-070590-33.

San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital, Central Utility Plant – Banning, CA

New two-story 16,031 square foot central utility plant, Type II, one-hour, sprinklered construction. Solid grouted concrete masonry unit construction with interior second floor and roof supported by wide fanged steel beams and concrete over metal deck. Central plant includes two new chillers, five new boilers and two new 1,000 kw emergency diesel fuel generators supported by a new 20,000-gallon underground diesel fuel storage tank. Built an underground cast-in-place utility tunnel connecting the central plant to the new Emergency Room Department and ICU. San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital, Loading Dock Entrance – Banning, CA

New parking and truck delivery access to the hospital consists of solid grouted concrete masonry unit construction that makes up privacy walls surrounding a steam cart wash, biohazard storage and cardboard bailer/outdoor storage area, depressed loading dock with integrated hydraulic scissor lift, self-contained compactor. California Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development, OSHPD-1 project. HL-101616-33.

San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital, NPC & SPC Upgrades to Building C/D – Banning, CA

Remodel of existing interior hospital’s original Emergency Department following the facility’s relocation to a new two-story Emergency Department/ICU addition and conversion to a new 6,800 square foot materials management and environmental services department.
