As Project Executive, Richard is responsible for day-to-day cost control, submittal control, schedule maintenance, document control, and overall team communication. His duties include oversight of the entire construction project staff, direct relations with architects and owners, subcontractor management and coordination, and analysis of project drawings, specifications and general conditions. He is responsible for subcontractor buyouts, material procurement, and contract administration.
 

Richard is also actively involved with preconstruction planning, value
engineering, estimating, and budgeting with architects and owners.

PAST PROJECTS

Sharp Coronado Hospital - Coronado, CA

  • Coronado Sub-Acute Facility - 32 Patient Bed Remodel, including upgraded electrical feeders and panels;

  • Coronado Villas Retirement Facility - 90 Patient Bed Refresh, including all support spaces, separated into 8 phases to maintain active patient care;

  • Conversion of Med-Surge space to Intensive Care Unit. Design-Build 7 patient bed ICU, including isolation room, support spaces, and refresh of an additional 16 patient beds; and,

  • Design Build Seismic retrofit of Hospital Facility. Auger cast piles design around perimeter of structure that supports concrete buttresses connected to collector plates to bring the facility up to seismic compliance per HCAi standards. 

HHG Hotel Group – Temecula, CA

Hilton Home 2 Temecula – 120 Guest Room Hotel, including Common Area Kitchen, Meeting Room and Pool.

County of Riverside - Riverside, CA

Riverside University Health Systems ER Remodel and Expansion – 7,500 SF Multi Phased Expansion of an occupied Emergency Department included 5 new treatment rooms, 6 new intake rooms and 2 trauma rooms.

University of California Davis, Tulare Branch - Tulare, CA

South Valley Animal Health Laboratory – 39,000 SF Necropsy Suites, Laboratory Space and 3 Level Basement with Cremator System.

College of the Desert - Palm Desert, CA

  • Communication Building – 44,000 SF consisting of 24 Classrooms and 30 Staff Offices

  • Monterey Entrance Project – Site Redevelopment of Campus Infrastructure and Landscaping at Main Campus Entrance

  • Athletic Facilities – 19,000 SF Gymnasium, Remodel of Existing Fitness Building & Demolition of existing Gymnasium

Riverside Community College - Norco, CA

  • Industrial Technology Center – 43,000 SF of Instructional Classrooms, Labs, Lecture Hall & Staff Offices

  • Student Success Center – 23, 000 SF of Industrial Kitchen and Food Service Area, Student Help Center and Board of Trustees Meeting Center

Charter Oak Unified School District, Covina CA

  • Cedargrove Elementary School – Modernization & Seismic Retrofit
